Fred Weisbrod
Fred Weisbrod became city manager in 1956, following E. P. Zahm. He was remembered for valuable water and sewer improvements within Oberlin. Weisbrod served for less that two years, however, and went on to become the city manager of a number of other cities, including Oak Ridge, Tennessee, Newport, Rhode Island, and Pueblo, Colorado. He was replaced by Dick Dunn.
