Availability
- scholar studies are reserved for honors students only
- honors students are eligible for use of a scholar study for one semester only
- demand exceeds supply
- not every honors student will get a scholar study
- students on the waiting list will be considered in the order in which the applications were received
- assignments are made at the beginning of each semester and winter term on a first-come, first-served basis
Application Process
- submit the Scholar Study application [pdf] in May of the junior year
- applications are considered in the order in which they are received
- indicate your preference for fall or spring semester
- not sure if you've been accepted to do honors?
- submit an application in May anyway (you can turn in your advisor's signature upon confirmation)
- submit completed applications to Bill Ruth in the Administrative Office, Main Library

- by submitting a scholar study application, you agree to abide by the Rules for Assigned Scholar Studies [PDF]
- violation of these rules may result in forfeiture of the scholar study
- all scholar studies offer wired and wireless access to the campus network
