Gary Goddard
After the early resignation of Deborah Kimble, Gary Goddard became Oberlin's city manager in May 1993. A village administrator in Illinois prior to his time in Oberlin, Goddard served only a short time in Oberlin before returning to that state to serve as city manager in Galesburg. He was succeeded by Rob DeSpirito.
