Downtown Oberlins newest building,
the 1991 Co-op Bookstore, is a postmodern two-story steel frame structure.
Designed by Integrated Architectural Services, it was built to the scale
and of a material in keeping with the streetscape.

To build this structure, the Co-op demolished the 1879 Samuel Royce structure, which was a combination of two two-story brick buildings. |
